Right of withdrawal - Return of products due to a change of mind:
All items can be exchanged or refunded within the legal and contractual deadlines, except for those with a specific mention (Example: chimney kits and components painted in glossy or matte black are excluded from the right of withdrawal).
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts listed in Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, especially for contracts involving the supply of customized or clearly personalized ducts.
The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of the order.
If the customer exercises this right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories, possible instructions, as well as the return form, duly filled out.
Incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled items will not be accepted for return.
Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded to the customer. The return costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than thirty days from the receipt of the return.
The refund may be made by bank transfer to the customer's bank account.

Within a few days of contacting, the customer will receive a return form that must be attached to the returned product. In the absence of this form, the return process may be delayed.

Defective product upon receipt:
In case of a defective product during the first use under normal conditions and within 30 days of delivery, eschimney.co.uk undertakes to exchange the product upon its return and inspection. The return shipping costs will be reimbursed exceptionally, and the costs of resending the product will also be borne by eschimney.co.uk.
The appropriate shipping method to use, which may vary depending on the products, will be communicated to the customer.
