This stovepipe made of high quality steel has a diameter of 130 mm. This dimension mainly applies to conventional smoke tubes.
The smoke tubes without throttle valve are available in lengths 1000 mm. Our smoke pipe was stove-enamelled with Senotherm paint to make it heat-resistant. You can only buy it in black.
Like all our stainless steel chimney elements, our smoke pipes are CE and TÜV certified. Our flue pipes are also compatible with other diameters of our stainless steel chimney elements by means of a reduction. You can also get these in our online shop. The material thickness of this product is 2 mm.
Our years of experience in the manufacture and sale of chimneys has shown us that many questions arise on the customer side. We have answered these questions and created a small questionnaire for you so that you can get answers to your questions online at any time.
Our twist lock system enables you to assemble the chimney quickly and easily. This system consists of a swivel joint which enables the individual components to be placed on top of one another and tightened (like a jam jar cap). We also supply a locking band for additional fixation. All components are locked. This means that the insulation is not visible from the outside, which prevents soot particles from escaping. The twist lock system ensures greater stability of the fully assembled flue pipe.
Our twin wall stainless steel flue pipes are TÜV-tested and CE-certified. These are made of V4A and V2A stainless steel. This type of stainless steel is best known for its durability and heat resistance up to 600 °C. All stainless steel flue pipes that are for sale in our online shop are twin wall. They have an insulation thickness of 25 mm and are equipped with our patented twist lock system.
The stainless steel flue pipes from ES Chimney System are easy to plan and assemble. They are also very stable and have an elegant and modern design.
Thanks to the very good insulation, our chimneys can store heat very well, so that an optimal temperature can be reached and maintained in your rooms. Due to the pure stainless steel that we use for our products, our chimneys do not contain any metal, so they are not magnetic and therefore rust-free. We give you a 25 year guarantee!
Please refer to the Sweeping and Inspection Ordinance for information on the frequency of sweeping and cleaning your chimney.
A chimney sweeper you trust can usually clean your stainless steel flue pipe. He or she must adhere to the general rules in order to carry out proper cleaning. However, you must then ensure that your stove has cooled down completely before the chimney sweeper's appointment.
How often your stainless steel flue pipe needs to be cleaned depends on how you use it. This can be from once to four times a year. You should determine the exact number per year with your chimney sweeper.
At an internal temperature of up to 250 °C, the stainless steel flue pipe also becomes warm from the outside. The warmest point is roughly above the connector. This location should usually be out of the reach of children. You can't get burned on it, but you should be careful because it gets very warm!
