Details

Pay attention to the specification of the material numbers e.g. 1.4404 or 1.4301!

If the material number is not specified, it may be the cheaper, ferritic (or magnetic) variant.

The twin wall stainless steel chimney flue pipe kit contains all the necessary components. All individual parts are made of particularly high-quality stainless steel (material 1.4404), with a material thickness of 0.5 mm and with continuous insulation made of ceramic fiber (thickness 25 mm). The stainless steel chimney flue pipe has been tested and certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the constancy of performance (EN 1856-1: 2009-05). Thanks to our twist-lock technology on all components, assembling the individual parts is child's play. The high-precision and precisely fitting connections enable simple assembly. This kit meets all the requirements that are placed on a modern chimney. The robust and high-quality workmanship, the high level of security and the fair price of our chimney kits make them the first choice among the exhaust systems.

Length element

With our twin wall length elements (1000 mm) with twist-lock system, you can achieve the right height for your chimney.

2x Tee element 90°

The Tee element is used to connect the vertical flue pipe to the horizontal chimney connection.

Height: 320 mm (with inner diameters 130 & 150 mm), 350 mm (with inner diameters 180 & 200 mm)

Inspection length

The twin wall inspection length or cleaning length with inspection door enables future cleaning by your chimney sweeper. By using a inspection length (also known colloquially as a Tee element) it is possible to check whether there is any contamination in the chimney. The stainless steel element is screwed tight using a twist lock connection above the condensate drain and under the Tee element. In addition, it is always secured with a locking band.

Adaptor twin wall - single wall 2 mm flue pipe

The adaptor connects the twin wall twist-lock stainless steel flue pipe with a single wall flue pipe.

Finishing plate

The finishing plate is used to neatly cover openings on your outer wall.

Open terminal

The conical open terminal is the end of your twin wall stainless steel chimney and is attached to the last length element.

Locking band

The locking band serves to additionally strengthen the connections of the individual chimney elements and is very easy to attach.

Anchor plate with drain

The anchor plate with condensate drain is the lowest component of the chimney so that the chimney has a good hold (for floor and wall mounting) and any condensate can drain away.

Wall bracket

Our wall brackets made of stainless steel are used to additionally hold the chimney on your house wall.

Q&A

Our years of experience in the manufacture and sale of chimneys has shown us that many questions arise on the customer side. We have answered these questions and created a small questionnaire for you so that you can get answers to your questions online at any time.

Our twist lock system enables you to assemble the chimney quickly and easily. This system consists of a swivel joint which enables the individual components to be placed on top of one another and tightened (like a jam jar cap). We also supply a locking band for additional fixation. All components are locked. This means that the insulation is not visible from the outside, which prevents soot particles from escaping. The twist lock system ensures greater stability of the fully assembled flue pipe.

Our twin wall stainless steel flue pipes are TÜV-tested and CE-certified. These are made of V4A and V2A stainless steel. This type of stainless steel is best known for its durability and heat resistance up to 600 °C. All stainless steel flue pipes that are for sale in our online shop are twin wall. They have an insulation thickness of 25 mm and are equipped with our patented twist lock system.

The stainless steel flue pipes from ES Chimney System are easy to plan and assemble. They are also very stable and have an elegant and modern design.

Thanks to the very good insulation, our chimneys can store heat very well, so that an optimal temperature can be reached and maintained in your rooms. Due to the pure stainless steel that we use for our products, our chimneys do not contain any metal, so they are not magnetic and therefore rust-free. We give you a 25 year guarantee!

Please refer to the Sweeping and Inspection Ordinance for information on the frequency of sweeping and cleaning your chimney.

A chimney sweeper you trust can usually clean your stainless steel flue pipe. He or she must adhere to the general rules in order to carry out proper cleaning. However, you must then ensure that your stove has cooled down completely before the chimney sweeper's appointment.

How often your stainless steel flue pipe needs to be cleaned depends on how you use it. This can be from once to four times a year. You should determine the exact number per year with your chimney sweeper.

At an internal temperature of up to 250 °C, the stainless steel flue pipe also becomes warm from the outside. The warmest point is roughly above the connector. This location should usually be out of the reach of children. You can't get burned on it, but you should be careful because it gets very warm!
